We have recently set up a Centre of Excellence in Disaster Management and Mitigation (CEDMM), jointly with ABBS School of Management (Acharya Bangalore B School) is a Premier B School in West Bangalore. Acharya Bangalore B school is recognized by UGC under 2f and is accredited by NAAC with 'A' grade and correspondingly NBA , AICTE and IACBE (USA). ABBSSM is a member of EFMD.

TDMMC has taken a considered decision, to train at least 1,00,000 officials in various aspects of Disaster Management & Mitigation across the country. We have so far trained over 15,000 Personnel belonging to various Government and Non-Government Organizations We have prepared a number of Disaster management Plans including Aero show DM Plan in 2011 , Emergency Guide & Directory of Bengaluru Urban & Rural District etc.., We have partnered with various organization in conducting disaster risk reduction and climate change related Conferences Seminars/ Workshops including Integration Conference along with MEG & Centre, K & K Sub Area at Bengaluru , DIMEDCON 2024 Emergency Medicine Conference at Mangaluru along with Kasturba Medical College etc..,
